What is included with the Zwift Ride Smart Frame?
The Zwift Ride Smart Frame includes the adjustable frame, integrated shifting controls, and dual bottle cages. Please note that a compatible smart trainer is required and sold separately unless purchased as a bundle.
How long does shipping take for the Smart Frame?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your frame leaves our warehouse.
Is the frame adjustable for multiple riders?
Yes, the Zwift Ride Smart Frame is designed for versatility. It features quick-release points to easily adjust the saddle height, handlebar reach, and stack height, making it suitable for riders from 5'0" to 6'6".
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the frame in its original packaging for a full refund. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
Does the Smart Frame come with a warranty?
Every Zwift Ride Smart Frame comes with a 2-year limited hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal use.
